📌 1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh juices & food items), we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or leaking product
• Expired or spoiled item

👉 You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be processed only if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• Incorrect item is delivered
• Order was cancelled before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
